We believe that being a young person in 2020 has left a void in heart, mind, body and soul. The nature of many lives today, lacking in ritual, intergenerational mentorship, storytelling and connection to earth, has bred disconnection and dissociation from self and others. We believe that by exploring the most diverse of experiences and backgrounds through story sharing, we can change this reality.
It is critical to us that we are honouring your talent by giving you clarity around what we are looking to home on our platform. Our About section is a great place for understanding if we are the right fit for your work.
It’s important to remember that our young audience is working towards consolidating their relationship with self and the world around them.
As such, opinion editorial should have a strong opinion and clear perspective. We are reimagining our future reality by challenging the status quo and building bridges between the realms of shadow and light.
Beyond the seen, seek to answer the questions young humans are asking silently. We want to give space to the experiences that are often too shameful to put words to, and witness the transformation as it unfurls.
We love intelligent, candid and accessible to every level of awareness.

Code of journalism: The General Principles
Accuracy and clarity
1. Ensure that factual material in articles and across social media is accurate and not misleading, and is distinguishable from other material such as opinion.
2. Provide a correction or other adequate remedial action if published material is significantly inaccurate or misleading.
Fairness and balance
3. Ensure that factual material is presented with reasonable fairness and balance, and that writers’ expressions of opinion are not based on significantly inaccurate factual material or omission of key facts.
4. Ensure that where material refers adversely to a person, a fair opportunity is given for subsequent publication of a reply if that is reasonably necessary to address a possible breach of General Principle 3.
Privacy and avoidance of harm
5. Avoid intruding on a person’s reasonable expectations of privacy, unless doing so is sufficiently in the public interest.
6. Avoid causing or contributing materially to substantial offence, distress or prejudice, or a substantial risk to health or safety, unless doing so is sufficiently in the public interest.
Integrity and transparency
7. Avoid publishing material which has been gathered by deceptive or unfair means, unless doing so is sufficiently in the public interest.
8. Ensure that conflicts of interests are avoided or adequately disclosed, and that they do not influence published material.
